Cowboy's Caviar

Elk Point Minor Ball has decided to run 2 Fundraisers this year, and they will consist of 

Cowboy’s Caviar Beef Jerky

and

Online 50/50 Cash Raffle through Raffle Rocket 

The expected requirement is that you sell a total of $150 worth of product for an Individual player or

$250 total if you have more than one player registered.

You can decide to combine both fundraisers to meet your requirements or sell one or the other.

Note - Rally Cap does not have a minimum fundraising requirement.  However, you are welcome to participate in the fundraisers if you so choose.

COWBOY’S CAVIAR FUNDRAISER (Beef Jerky)

On the Cowboy’s Caviar Fundraiser form, please write your player(s) name and level of team they
play on (Rally Cap, 9U, U11, 13U, 18U, U18).

All completed forms with payment can be dropped off at 4L Tire during business hours or handed into
your manager and Lana will arrange a pick-up time with them.

Deadline for the Cowboy Caviar Fundraising forms to be submitted will be NO LATER than 5 pm, May 27, 2026 at 4L Tire.
