Online 50/50 Cash Raffle


New for 2026 - we will also run a COWBOY'S CAVIAR BEEF JERKY fundraiser.  Total sales requirements will remain the same ($150/player or $250/family), but 50/50 and beef jerky sale totals will be combined (that is, you could sell all beef jerky or all raffle tickets or any combination of the two to reach the required minimum total).  Beef jerky forms will be handed out by managers, and an online google order form will also be set up.

Note - Rally Cap does not have a minimum fundraising requirement.  However, you are welcome to participate in the fundraisers if you so choose.


 

Elk Point Minor Ball 50/50 Cash Raffle

We are running an online 50/50 cash raffle as one of our two fundraisers.  Each player is required to sell $150 worth of any combination of raffle tickets and beef jerky (max $250 per family).  Each family will receive an individual raffle link.

Ticket sales now open.

Ticket sales CLOSE at 8 pm on Sunday, June 21.  The draw will follow the close of ticket sales.  Prize is 50% of total ticket sales.

 

 

All player families have been added to the seller list (if you have paid the fundraising opt out fee or do not have fundraising requirements and wish to have your player(s) removed, contact us).  Please either use your personal link when selling tickets or ask your purchasers to scroll through the "in support of" list and select your family prior to making a ticket purchase.  The personal links were sent from no-reply@raffle-rocket.com.  Please search for no-reply@raffle-rocket.com in your inbox and junk mail folders.  If you did not receive or cannot find your link, contact us at elkpointminorball@gmail.com or text Margaret at 780-210-0518 to get the link resent.

OFFLINE PAYMENT

We also offer ticket sales with offline payment.  Purchasers will still require a valid email address to receive tickets, as only electronic tickets are available.  Purchaser and ticket information will be entered into the raffle rocket platform platform - only the payment method will be offline.

Offline ticket order forms and payment must be given to Margaret (in person or email to elkpointminorball@gmail.com).  Etransfers for offline ticket payments can be sent to elkpointminorball@gmail.com.  You must include the purchaser name and the word raffle in the payment message.

Ticket orders with offline payment are manually entered into the raffle rocket platform.  Ticket sales are not confirmed until the order has been successfully entered into the raffle rocket platform.  Purchases will not be entered until payment is received in full.  Refunds will only be offered if requested ticket packages are sold out.
